Drawing upon decades of experience in composition, improvisation, orchestration, and cross-cultural musical traditions, Dawoud creates original music for film, theater, dance, multimedia projects, and artistic installations.

Music Meditation Sessions.
For some people, listening is more than entertainment. It is a contemplative practice.
The Music Meditation Sessions grew out of Dawoud's long exploration of improvisation, sound, attention, and altered states of listening. Rather than following a prescribed meditation script or guided visualization, participants are invited to engage directly with the experience of sound itself.
During a session, participants sit or lie comfortably while improvised music unfolds in real time. There is no required interpretation and no intended destination. The music simply provides a space in which each participant may have their own experience.
Over the years, participants have described a wide variety of responses, including:

Terms of Service
All services begin with a complimentary, no-obligation consultation via phone, email, Zoom, or, when practical, an in-person meeting. This conversation helps determine whether the proposed collaboration is a good fit for both parties.
Prior to the commencement of work, Dawoud Kringle/RMMAP LLC and the client will enter into a written agreement outlining the project's scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment schedule, and any applicable revision policies.
A deposit, as specified in the service agreement, is required before work begins and will be applied toward the final project fee. If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, 10% of the deposit will be retained to cover administrative and preparatory work unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Payments may be made to RMMAP LLC by credit card, certified check, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, bank transfer, cash, Bitcoin, or gold bullion.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, Dawoud Kringle/RMMAP LLC retains all copyrights and publishing rights to commissioned musical, literary, and visual works. Clients receive an exclusive usage license as defined in the project agreement.
Dawoud Kringle reserves the right to decline projects, events, or collaborations that are not aligned with his artistic, ethical, spiritual, or professional values.
